Steampunk was awesome! I had a great time. Feels kind of odd to have not done any sewing for the past two days though. I feel like I'm on holiday, but I'm not sure what I'm on holiday from, if that makes sense?
Anyhow, a GBU for anyone who is interested...

Good
- Compliments on my kit
- Seeing all the lovely people I made friends with last time
- Meeting more lovely people to be friends with
- Shooting ninjas with my stun gun
- Being the front line (albeit briefly and because everyone else was injured/dying, but I still did it :D)
- Watching my most noble friend knee someone in the balls
- Telling a texifornian 'Sir, in times of need a British lady can do anything!' As I helped carry Tilde and had my gun ready to shoot ninja who got in my way
- Playing with all the lovely antiquarian plot Sass wrote in specially for me as the highest skilled antiquarian in the system.
- Excellent food
- The way a cup of tea was always there when you needed it
- The level of IC distrust between players resulting in a cock-up meaning we had to retreat in the end
- Not being able to connect my antiquarian item knowledge to anything due to distrust
- Nearly breaking my neck falling over my skirts on the way down the stairs
- Breaking my beautiful new necklace before the time in
- Not being able to drive out of the field on sunday morning and needing a push
- One of the other noble lady pcs getting ill and me ending up stuck in the middle of her, the paramedics and the event crew. Totally unable to answer anyones questions and then having her corner me and yell at me because the paramedics had made a mistake, which was unfortunate, but nothing to do with me. Last time I try to be a good samaritan I think. Really upsetting and left a very sour feeling between her and the head ref and then I had to spend the rest of the event roleplaying with her like nothing had happened, which was very draining.
