So...
Someone remind me how this employment malarkey works again?
I GOT THE JOB! Actually it appears I may have had it yesterday, as I was introduced to one of the parents when I arrived as 'this is Louisa who's taking over the creche in a few weeks time'. So, yeah...
In 2 weeks I will be working upto nine hours a week, spread over three mornings (Tues, Weds and Thurs so it means long weekends are fine :D). My hours are 9-12, provided I have children booked in, and it's not OFSTED regulated as it falls under the minimum time thingy, so yay! No paperwork!
Just lots of playing with toys, reading stories, singing and cuddles. All the best bits of the job and none of the downsides :D
I also get a free gym membership if I want it... Not so sure about that, as gyms scare me! But the walk to and from work will do me good, if nothing else!
